So much has changed since we started this journey 35 years ago in a spare bedroom—the industry, the technology, the world. Today, we’re having new conversations all the time. We use data to stay agile and understand what readers need. We’re launching imprints, experimenting with new models, and building authors’ careers. What hasn’t changed for us is our belief that books change lives.
